✅1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the 20bdt platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended and any funds held pending review.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, bot, or automated system) registering for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close associate of 20bdt, nor a member of the immediate family of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order currently in effect, whether placed through 20bdt or through any other gaming operator.
• You must not use the platform from any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility — not 20bdt's — to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your location.

📝3. Account Registration

To access most features of the 20bdt platform, you are required to register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide certain personal information, which you warrant to be accurate, complete, and current at all times. 20bdt reserves the right to verify any information you provide at registration or at any point during your account lifetime.

• Each player may register only one account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held across those accounts.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 20bdt will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify 20bdt support immediately if you believe your account credentials have been compromised or that your account is being accessed without your authorisation.
• You must provide a valid, working email address or mobile phone number at registration. This contact detail will be used for account verification, password recovery, and important platform communications.
• 20bdt may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any stage, including before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. You agree to provide such documentation promptly when requested.

20bdt reserves the right to refuse any registration application without being required to provide a reason. Account registration does not guarantee access to all features of the platform. Certain features, payment methods, or promotional offers may be subject to additional eligibility criteria.

💸4. Deposits and Withdrawals

20bdt supports BDT-denominated deposits and withdrawals through a range of payment methods suited to Bangladesh players. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the following terms.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and may be subject to a return processing fee.
• 20bdt does not charge platform-side deposit fees. However, your chosen payment service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard) may apply its own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a verified deposit on your account. 20bdt does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not linked to your registered account.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within a few minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• 20bdt reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, or where KYC verification has not been completed satisfactorily.
• All transactions are processed in BDT. Where transactions are initiated in another currency, conversion rates applied will be those available at the time of the transaction. 20bdt is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

Players are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited to 20bdt are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. 20bdt complies with anti-money laundering requirements and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

20bdt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the individual promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out below.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from wagering a bonus — and only after the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met — are eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonuses are intended for individual use only. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or any form of collusion or coordinated bonus abuse, constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• 20bdt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, including where a promotion is found to be the subject of abuse or where technical errors affect its correct operation.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to specific game restrictions and wagering requirements as stated in the individual promotion. Free spin winnings that do not meet the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.

All sports betting and casino gaming on the 20bdt platform is subject to the following general betting rules, in addition to any game-specific or market-specific rules that may apply.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player after confirmation, except where 20bdt determines that a bet was placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled or that void rules apply.
• Odds for sports betting markets — including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that bet.
• In the event of a technical failure, system error, or connectivity issue that results in a bet not being recorded correctly, 20bdt reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. 20bdt's decision on such matters is final.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at 20bdt's discretion, including during significant match moments such as wickets, DRS reviews, weather delays, or injury stoppages. Bets placed before a suspension are honoured subject to standard void rules.
• Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by live dealer outcomes filmed at professionally audited studio facilities. 20bdt does not manipulate game results. Any player who suspects a game result was incorrect should contact support with the relevant game round ID within 48 hours of the disputed result.

🚫7. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

The 20bdt platform is provided for legitimate personal entertainment only. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to access, play, or interact with the platform in any way, including the use of betting bots, card counting software, or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to manipulate game outcomes, share information during live play, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Registering more than one account, or accessing the platform using another person's account details, whether with or without that person's knowledge or consent.
• Depositing funds that are derived from unlawful activity, using stolen payment credentials, or attempting to use the platform to launder money or conceal the origin of funds.
• Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerability, bug, or error in the platform software to gain credits, winnings, or any other benefit not intended to be available under normal operating conditions.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a bonus withdrawal, using VPN or proxy services to misrepresent your location, or systematically exploiting promotional terms in a manner not intended by 20bdt.

🔒8. Account Suspension and Closure

20bdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may lead to account action without prior notice.

• Where 20bdt has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility, prohibited conduct, or payment integrity rules.
• Where a player fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or where the documents provided are found to be inauthentic, forged, or insufficient to satisfy the verification requirements.
• Where 20bdt is required to do so by applicable law, court order, regulatory directive, or the instruction of any relevant financial intelligence or law enforcement authority.
• A player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 20bdt support. Upon closure, any genuine uninvested balance (net of applicable bonuses) will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

All content, software, graphics, game assets, trademarks, logos, text, and other materials available through the 20bdt platform ("Platform Content") are the exclusive property of 20bdt or its content and technology licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. • 20bdt is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, even if 20bdt has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• 20bdt does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated to players in advance where reasonably practicable.
• 20bdt is not responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, telecommunications network failures, acts of government, natural disasters, or third-party payment processor outages.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 20bdt's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
